2016 FC under sink cabinets

We have a 2016 25 foot Flying Cloud. It has the rounded cabinet doors under the sink. AS used European style hinges on the doors that do not stay tight? Loosen to the point the doors are loose and screws strip. I have fixed multiple times. First with the old bamboo stick in the old hole, to even drilling out the hole, plugging with a hardwood dowel and remounting. I just don't think the is enough wood to provide a properly sized screw.

Does anyone else have this problem? How did you fix? I am considering putting a piano hinge on each side, much like the bath door. Ideas?

We had an issue with the left side, which in retrospect I think was caused by opening the door when one of the drawers to the left wasn't fully closed. That caused extreme extra force on the hinges and screws. I ended up using screws one size larger, which worked well, and now we are extra careful to always close the drawers completely.

Hinges Falling Apart

I know this is an old thread, but this is related.

In my case, not only the screws are pulling out, the entire hinge fell apart. The 2 screws holding the hinge together worked themselves loose and the whole thing came apart. I was only able to find one of the screws to reassemble the hinge. I hope it holds till I get home.

Partial solution to doors falling out

Here is a partial solution to the cabinet doors falling out problem. In my case the doors were fixed 4-5 times by now and they are still falling every so often. A twisty on the door handles seem to increase longevity, but they still eventually get loose again.
