1978 Argosy motorhome toilet

I need to replace the toilet in my 78 Argosy... Anyone out there ever done this ?
Any issues??? Or can I just take the little tiny existing one out and put in a more realistic one ???

The one problem I found in my 310, was the new toilet bowls are oval, compared to the squared off old toilets, which caused me clearance issues to a door of the bathroom cabinet.

Need a new lock for my generator hatch/door...
Tried a locksmith but they are saying the whole lock needs to be replaced...
