1973 sovereign 31ft

Hello all,

I'm a proud new owner of 1973 31ft Sovereign. It's 99.9% original and in shockingly good condition. Looking for advice and opinions on whether I should remodel to a modern, easier to use to layout, or sell as is and find one that has been gutted and is a blank slate?

Other questions I have are:

How to test fridge on shore power? It has a gas and electric option. Not sure how to set to electric.

The interior walls have a hard plastic paneling that is riveted in place. All walls/cieling are covered in it. It is not mouse fur, or a vinyl that has been glued. It is a hard plastic that's riveted in place. Any suggeetions for removal? Drilling rivets or is there another method?

Would like to say thank you in advance and look forward to hearing from you all.

Thank you

dan

We had the same walls in our 1970. Just carefully drilled out rivets out to put back in.
We are going for as original as possible.
If you decide to sell parts I may be interested if they would work.

Fridge/ in the outside access door is a gas valve. Behind the gas valve is a switch to turn the 12 v fridge power on.

I have a pending sale on a 72 Sovereign with a 90% complete interior. The buyer does not want the interior. Trailer is scheduled for p/u next Saturday. Contact me asap if interested.
