1960 Safari Shower curtain rail

I am needing to figure out what holds a shower curtain in the rail above the bathtub stall.

I don't know your case, but I haven't seen a curtain that wasn't held with a curtain rod. It might be a match to your other curtains.

I have made shower curtain rods from PVC pipe, use schedule 40 (thick wall).

To obtain the correct shape I used a heat gun to bend a curve or corners. Then attached the rod with stainless steel screws. Standard shower curtain hangers and curtains could then be used.
