also chassis is an inch off square is this normal. in my language 25mm is a lot!!

Pretty handy that you are able to set it on the tires even upside down... You are doung a great job. This looks to be quite a project. Keep up the good work!!

yes there is about 4 inches clearance all round but the jockey wheel helps alter this.

keep up the good work buddy. hope the belly went on ok and pipe worked, let me know if you need anymore, but hope you don't.
just double check you mounted that axle the right way round! The auto reverse is directional and the cable ears tend to point forward.

Another 54, looks like you are doing a great job! Just saw your thread, we are just getting the cabinets installed back in ours. I wish I would have done my belly pan like you, I spent a long time on my back.

just a few more photos this time underbelly underway. really struggled with first attempt. ended up using it as a template for the second attempt. seem to have it now. took me a day to get this far. hopefully will have more time over the next week.

another few photos. getting there slowly when i get any spare time. had to make some small boxes to house the dampeners. (wanted to be able to change them if needed). have decided to keep the front section separate from the rear section just in case i haven't got my measurements quite right. This means that i can slide the whole floor in or out if needed. i will fix this part after the top is on. now just got the rear banana wrap to do. oh joy! hope it is easier than the front.

I have left the wheel arch section long and will trim this to the main body once the two sections are reunited. Gradually getting there.
