Alternatives to Ontario Campgrounds

I'm trying to figure out if there are alternative places to stay rather than Ontario Campgrounds. I am a Canadian living in the states and trying to get up to the Fort Erie area to assist with my 92 year old father as he transitions into a nursing home. I have reservations at a campground, but it keeps getting moved out due to the shutdown. And it now looks like the shutdown will be extended again into June... I would need full hook up (or E/W with pump out available), strong mobile signal (for work) and would have a dog with me. So need a place that would allow me to quarantine for the 14 days. I did do this twice last year so familiar with the current and past quarantine protocols.

Thoughts on how I might accomplish this? No politics please that could shutdown this thread, just looking for advice

Hi

The KOA in Niagara Falls appears to be open. Not exactly close to Ft. Erie. My guess is that if it really *is* open, there are other private campgrounds that also are open.

A call to 905-356-2267 should confirm if they really are open.
