0 day issue - drawer under over has flown the coop
What's the trick to 1. getting the drawer to stay connected to the sliding rails and 2. getting the catch (black/brown plastic pin in mid-drawer) to successfully latch?

so frustrating to not catch this at delivery, but the dealer is 170 miles away now.
