Battery / Controller/ Ground/ Or Sea Level Reading Issues

In this scenario, I am not connected to Shore Power. Running off battery power only with no Solar.

I have two AGM 76 AH batteries. Currently, batteries are fully charged and a handheld meter confirms 12.9 Volts.

*Sea Level Reading bounces between 12.4 and 11.8
*Power to all devices in the trailer will reset after a couple of moments of use and the fridge will turn on but not cool.

Thoughts on where to start in troubleshooting?

Need a little more information. What year and model is your trailer. Does it have a 12V fridge? Even if you do, your 12V batteries do not have that much reserve power, and running your fridge on 12V will deplete them quite quickly.

The Sea Level gauge is not all that accurate, so I would not rely on that alone to determine your batteries' true state.

The fridge is 12 volt. Somehow I am losing 1 volt. From 12.9 to 11.9 (both voltages taken with handheld meter) from location of the battery to inside the 2019 Nest. Measuring outside on the battery terminals and inside on the 12v side of the fuse/breaker panel.
