Where do you.....
Just picked up our dream, a 2019 27fb TB! So in love already.
Where do you put your paper towels? In our previous AS we had a holder at 1:00 of the round sink, but that’s probably not going to work with this one.

Hi!
The current owners of our future TB had a great idea for the paper towel dispenser. They put a hanging bracket (not drilled) that clips horizontally from the cupboards right above the table. They added a cloths pin so that the breeze doesn't make the towels unwind! It's in the perfect location - I'll try to take a picture next time we're in the coach!

In a wicker basket on the counter with the oven mitt and pot mats.
Had a roll rack once...if we forgot to remove the towel on the road or the cat got at it ended up in pieces and/or un-rolled.
Got to be a PITA rolling it back up with holes in it.🥴

I suspect you'll find the everyone has a different approach to paper towels. We've been trailering for over 12 years, and have always just kept the paper towel roll upright on the kitchen counter while camping, and then putting it in the sink while moving. With our current rig, a 2018 27' TB, it keeps the dish drain rack from moving around in the sink while driving. I think it comes down to personal preference on wanting to have the towel roll on a holder someplace up out of the way, or just upright somewhere on a flat surface. The previous post suggesting a holder under the rear storage, apparently above the dinette table, looked like an interesting option for those wanting the roll on a holder somewhere. Good luck figuring out what's best for you, even if it takes two or three times.

Congrats on your new trailer!
I'm assuming the newer TB, is similar to my earlier generation 27FB Ocean Breeze. At least for where I mounted my paper towel holder.
I love my Simple Human branded paper towel holder in the following location to the side of the upper cabinets. Super ease to get at, whether cooking, eating at the dinette, or outside the trailer. Stays secure, out of the way yet an easy reach, and is easy to re-load.

light, aesthetic, useful
After looking for a while settled on this, attached with Command velcro patches.

Mounted it vertically between the kitchen window and the door frame. The tension inherent in the holder design helps keep the roll snug enough to assist when separating a single sheet, one-handed.

We had an Ocean Breeze previously too! I like the idea of the side of the cupboards, thanks!

My wife got this one off amazon. Its held on with adhesive that apparently will come off with heat from a hairdryer. Then the holder screws to that. The color matches the rest of the fixtures pretty well. Attachment 377282

We use one of these. Toss it on the bed when traveling. Place it back on the counter when you arrive at your destination.

As far as organizing goes, I recommend this pick and pluck foam. It works really well for organizing all those small items that like to roll around when traveling.
