LOL, we wondered the same thing. I mean red means bad, right? It's the switch for the fan behind the refrigerator.

We were told to switch it on when it's hot out. Even then it's thermostatically controlled so I'm not sure why they put a switch on it.

'cause sometimes a fridge fan can be annoyingly loud during the night.

The switch let's you kill the juice, especially if the outside temps have moderated. Your owner's manual may have something on this?

I finally found out from Airstream that switch is for the refrigerator fan. They put the switch there because some object to the fan while sitting outside by the refrigerator.
