My 2020 globetrotter had the same problem,(tounge jack blowing multiple fuses) under warrenty the dealer replaced the bladed fuse with a resetting fuse which was mounted inside the battery box.The problem seems to be related to full extension or retraction of the jack.Once the fuse type was changed no more problems.
I picked up my new GT from the dealer in early February and when they were trying to show me how the power tongue jack worked, it kept blowing the fuse that’s in the battery box. They finally took one from another new GT on the lot and replaced mine, telling me it must have been bad from the factory. I’ve used it for over a month now and have not had any more blown fuses, yet. Sounds like a common problem from the factory.
If the fuse blows immediately, before the jack switch is activated, the issue is likely with the wiring shorting out on its journey from the battery to the jack. If it blows when the switch is pressed, the issue is likely within the jack. Please note that the fuse used in most of the jacks is not a readily available fuse. It is a slow blow fuse that can withstand an over amperage draw for a short period of time. Replacing it with a regular automotive fuse is a recipe for frustration.
