Had lift on my 22 Bambi for my driveway and it helped. Towing with my GL 450 and dealer installed Centerline was great. So when I traded in for 2020 25 GT I went with lift again, TV still 450. So many opinions on TVs and hitches so I decided to rely on one - Andy at CanAM
As many know he recommends EazLift and sells a better shank. At dealer for walk through and hitch set up the coupler was way up there, more than 3 inches higher than the 22. Could not use CanAM shank and had to reverse a borrowed Equalizer hitch head to get height needed
On way home was not smooth like 22. Moved me around a bit
Andy was great with help and I have decided to remove the lift. Heard from dealer service guy that 2020s are maybe 1 inch higher so maybe it’s up 4 inches. I don’t need that and planning on removing the lift. One reason I went with the lift is that not one post in forums was anything but great
I think I still want to go with it. Any chance you will want to sell the kit, once it’s removed? I imagine it would be expensive to ship, but not sure.
I’m thinking I’ll have to add airbag suspension support to my Tundra if I raise the trailer 3”.
Sorry it isn’t working out for you.
