Please let us know what you find out from AS. I’m still getting used to using those powered jacks. I don’t get the blocks at exactly the same height on each set, so one jack always seems to touch first. I’ve been just holding the button down until they stop. Hoping I’m not torquing the trailer, or burning up a jack..

Haven't heard back from Airstream yet but I'm pretty sure you want to stop the upward lift the second both jacks touch the ground. In case your wondering, a really good approach to side-to-side leveling is a set of 4-foot 2x10's. I've rarely had to use more than one but if 2 are needed I try to back a good distance to the rear of the intended parking position. That way I can PULL onto one then 2 boards. The 10 inch width will likely prevent tire damage as a result of having a tire edge hanging off the edge of a board.

If you use a X-chock( very inexpensive on Amazon) to prevent tire movement once your in position you may want to attach a brightly colored ribbon/rope so that you don't forget to remove it prior to driving off. These devices are very small and all you'll need is a moment of distraction and...

Welcome to the forum but sorry to hear you are having trouble with the stabilizers.

Hope you can get it fixed without too much trouble.

I use Andersen levelers and so far have been able to get it leveled side to side. I use the giant LEGO blocks under the stabilizers. Just seems like one always hits before the other. I actually prefer the old manual jacks. I wonder if you can just disconnect the motor somehow and crank them down one at a time with a cordless drill. Worked great for the last 15 years.
