1. Can someone tell me where the fresh water tank drain is?
2. I need to winterize. Anybody have a video or guide for this trailer?

Your owner’s manual has a basic guide to winterizing. It’s available online if you don’t have a hard copy.

I don’t know exactly where your fresh water drain is located, but mine is a white plastic petcock valve located on the side of the fresh water tank, accessed underneath the trailer on the street side towards the front.
