Water valves not turning

I brought my, new to me, 2018 Flying Cloud 30RB home on Friday and I was going through things trying to get familiarized with the coach. There are two plastic water valves under the rear dinette seat that I think are the low point water drains. Neither would budge when I attempted to turn them and seemed to be stuck. There is another plastic valve in the bathroom for the toilet and it's the same way. I didn't want to break anything, so I didn't force them. Are these just hard to turn or am I doing something wrong? I haven't seen this type of valve before.

I have one low point drain and the toilet valve that look like that and they are stiff to operate. Try dribbling some silicone lubricant down the stem of the valve and then operating the valve. These valves only get cycled once a year so they don't loosen up.

A little silicone and some extra force did the trick. Thank you!
