Surge Guard BlueTooth Remote

This weekend watching my Honda 2000 " SCREAM " for mercy after struggling to test run one Dometic 13.5 within our storage unit. Yes with a Micro Air it started the unit and ran it for awhile then kicked off several times.

So no big deal that test failed in Florida heat and humidity. However the surge guard remote inside the trailer logged 4 history codes of low voltage on line 1. And yes I had a floating ground plug inserted in the gen, Trailer cord was into the Honda 30 amp socket which really only can deliver 13.5-15 amps.

My question has anyone tried to clear out the Surge Guard remote Bluetooth stored history codes. I have removed the batteries and re synchronized it to the Surge Guard outside. It clears codes and then on shore power it repeats line 1 voltage low. The Surge Guard shows not faults and is working fine.

We are on a 30 amp service hooked to a 50 amp 2021 Smart Plug with a 30-50 dog bone. Never had any codes until I messed with the Honda Gen test. Or maybe I have a problem at the storage plug?

Techno RV says it will store the last 4 no one answers at Surge Guard anymore. I'm used to Automotive, fixing a code problem and then clearing them out.

looks to me like you don't have enough power at the storage yard. Is everything OK until you turn on the AC?

Could be

That could be. I’ll try another reset when it’s 124 volts however I still think the Honda trigged it.

Thanks
