Solar Not Charging

2018 FC with factory solar installed. Put unit in storage uncovered and checked on it today. Noticed that there has been zero charging of the batteries while it has sat idle and exposed to the sun.
- Sunexplorer controller had its yellow light on.
- Checked the in-line fuse in the battery box. OK
- Cleaned off the solar panels. They were awash with dirt and pollen. No difference post cleanse.
- Battery % remaining: 60% after 3 weeks in store mode.
- Battery voltage: 11.9
- Solar charge amps: 0
- Solar Amp Hours: 0
- Batteries charge fine when on either shore power or TV power via 7 pin

Thoughts on where the issue lies?

I believe the way Airstream has it wired solar will not charge in store mode.
Now with that said it can be fixed to charge in store mode. You will need to swap the (+) lead from the solar charge controller to connect to the battery side if the use/store solenoid. This can be determined by using a multi meter to find out which side of the solenoid has voltage when in the store mode.

I have a 2017 FC with factory solar and it charges in store mode (if by "store mode" you mean the switch by the front door that turns off all the power). It's nice as it is like a trickle charger over the winter.
