25' RB wall movement

We have a 2019 FC 25 RBT. Same bath door setup. First thing I modified on ours was to flip the bathroom door over to open towards the rear of the trailer. Took maybe 30 minutes total.

Now, about your situation. Have you been on some really rough roads? What pressure are your tires at? I run 57 PSI checked when tires are cold. No need to run 80 PSI. Plenty of support at 57 PSI according to Goodyear inflation chart. Our FC 25 RBT weighs 6400 LBS ready to travel. 5600 LBS are on the trailer axles. Is your WD hitch set to rigid? Go to a CAT Scale and do a 3 pass weigh in. That will tell you if you have to much WD dialed in. Have you popped any rivets in your travels? Just some food for thought items.

Looks like a warranty repair at a decent dealer. I actually know of another 2018 FC 25 RBT that this very same thing happened to the bathroom wall. They went to Jackson Center for repair. JC fixed it right up.

I run my tires at 65 cold. Only one popped rivet at the bottom of the dinette over the past year on the road. Some roads can be a bit rough like going dow 20 in Louisiana. This just showed up on our trip to Durango Colorado a couple of weeks ago. Nothing else has changed. We took the exact same route as we did a year ago.

Here are my cat numbers from 3 weeks ago:

Steer Axel: 3180 lb
Drive Axel: 4260 lb
Trailer Axel: 5740 lb

Blue Ox weight distribution system with 1500 lbs bars

Gross: 13180 lb

Okay, I wanted to update this thread. Airstream of DFW fix it. They did a wonderful job getting back to the original state. I am very pleased with the results.
