Globetrotter or Flying Cloud
I've decided to get the 2021 Airstream 27FBQ. What I can't decide is whether to get the Globetrotter (nicer interior) or Flying Cloud (with rear hatch). I just think the rear hatch is so cool, but the Globetrotter really has those nicer features inside. Which one should I go with? Globetrotter or the Flying Cloud w/ rear hatch.

We are kind of in the same boat. Deciding between a 27 Flying Cloud or Interstate, both with the rear hatch door. Trying to determine if the difference is limited to nicer floor, cabinets and such. Challenging to determine the differences on the Airstream website.

I just traded my Int Ser 25FB for a FC 30bunk. No options for me, needed the bunk for kids. TexasVine...hands down do the International...I think you meant international. When you walk into an FC from an SOB you say...Wow. When you walk into the international you say...OMG. The price is negligible, do the international!!!
Swift...personally...check out the international. I walked through all of the trailers. The Glob is nice, though the floor is similar to the FC, cloth seats in Glob vs. international’s leather/which is durable!!! I hope my FC leather holds up like the Int’s. Plus, something goofy with the glob’s table...it was two separate tables...
Idea: AS...build a 30bunk in an international!!!

+1 AS, if you can build a bunk house with the same luxury as a classic or international, boom! That's awesome . We went from bunk to classic for a nicer set of options but I would go back to a bunk house if it was on par!

Just covered this recently (International Verus Flying Cloud). Did not analyze versus Globetrotter, due to the GT not having the Hatch option.

I don’t believe you can get a hatch on the Globetrotter, only the Flying Cloud. We just ordered a Flying Cloud 27’ with hatch and it wasn’t available on the Globetrotter.

Globetrotter or Flying Cloud
As mentioned you can get the hatch on the International 25FB and 27FB as well.
It’s what we ended up doing since the GT didn’t have the option.
