When i looked at new F-150's it didn't apppear that they have a cigarette lighter plug either.
Dinosaur?
What year is your Silverado? I have a 2018. Along with my USB, I have a regular 110v looking one next to the "cigarette style". I use the cigarette one.

I have a 2021 F150, anything that I put on the dash I have to look around. The suction cup does not stick to heated windows, so put it under the headrest and pushed it down on it.
I change the orientation, so when you look at it in the mirror, it is correct. .

?? I had heated windows on my F150 Platinum and also have on my F250 King Ranch...no issues with it sticking to the front window, resting on the speaker as in earlier picture...both F250/150 have same cockpit. You should be fine if you try it...(can't imagine looking thru my rear view mirror at a monitor at my age!)

I installed this bracket in my 2016 F150 on the dash tray and mounted my camera and cell phone holders from Arkon on that.

https://www.arkon.com/category/camera-mount.html

I got this from Journeyman (thiel on airforums)

Great Youtube video.

Good Luck
Here are a few more pictures with my Voyager Monitor and phone mounted on the Builtright and Arkon mounts. Sorry if did not realize there was a napkin folded under the mount, it is not part of the installation.

Nice clean install!
The only complaint I've heard about the BuiltRite mount is that the arm, at 90º, bounces some. The solution is a small rubber bumper on the dash and the arm rests on that. Your arms are short (no disrespect to T-Rex) so it may not be a problem.
They didn't have one for the Tundra, otherwise I'd use it.
Another good idea using the Mount.

Don't tell anybody...
But after many iterations I just use velcro strips on the dashboard. When towing I stick the monitor on the dash.
It gets old after awhile and I replace the pre cut velcro strips.

Another way to mount rear monitor.

I took the magazine holder from our 23fb that we had removed and repurposed it to hold the Voyager camera over the rear view mirror. It works great as you look to the rear view mirror by habit. I do need to run a power cable and hide it under the headliner trim.

I use a mount that is based in a cup holder. Monitor is low out of the way for safety and the power cord run to the socket is short.

I like your idea a lot. I think I would need a different power cord than the one mine came with. Mine wouldn't be able to go to the head liner and around to power.

Not recommended to use the "cup holder" below the dash to hold your phone or anything you use for navigation/driving assistance...your eyesight is taken away from field of view while driving...I know many folks do this, but as I learned a long time ago how distractions away from field of view thru your windshield (looking down, looking sideways, etc), can cause accidents.

Has anyone made a hanger that fits over the mirror for the Voyager Monitor? I’m thinking the mirror is useless when towing, and for (not permanent) applications I could hang it up there having just a power cord hanging in my view. (F150 if that matters). Thanks!

Check this thread. There was a streamer who made a cover that slid over the mirror temporarily for his monitor and ran the wire along the windshield so they wouldn't have to look at it.

I like lots of vision when running. We have the 7 inch Voyager monitor and its a billboard when stuck to the windshield. I found some ~16 inch tie wraps from an a/c fix and bound the monitor to the top side of the drivers sun visor. I will use it less for highway rear view and its right there for camp spot backing up. We lose the speaker, but never used that anyway.

Very ingenious! Thanks for posting that one.
