Any 2022 23CB bunk owners?

We ordered ours in 12/20 to beat price increase. Told we would have it in 6/21. It’s being built now to be shipped 11/3/21. It’s a 2022. Figure I now have about 15k more in equity before pulling it off the lot. No additional charge from what we paid for the 2020. Square sink, electric fridge and convection microwave. Probably won’t take possession now but wait until spring. Thoughts to keep me warm throughout the winter.
