A/C leaking in bedroom?

We have water dripping along the seam above one of our beds on our 2020 25fb with 2 a/c. It starts around the vent and is dripping all the way back to the bathroom(about 3ft). When I press up on the seam it pours out. It hasn’t been raining, it’s just hot and the a/c has been running nonstop. Thinking it has to be the front a/c drain or something? Think I saw someone else post about this not too long ago but can’t find it now.

Is water dripping out of the tubes on the curbside above each tire? If not try and put a shoo vac on it and suck it out, just my 2¢

If condensate isn't coming out the drain tube and you suspect a clog, get piece of stiff weedeater line and run it up the tube.

Make sure the filters are clean.

On older A/Cs the drain pan can crack causing the same symtoms. They were replaced with a better design that isn't supposed to crack. Maybe your unit got and older A/C or the new ones are starting to crack. Airstream takes the unit off the roof to change them so the labor is expensive. You may be able to find a friend who can help you. I believe the crack could be stop drilled and then repaired with JB Weld. If you have a new pan on hand an R & R would save you time.

Had the same issue in our 2016 Classic in the bedroom. Virtually all RV A/C leaks are condensate line related. As someone else noted, check the condensate drain (should route down in the wheel well) and see if it is draining. If not, or if just barely dripping, you may have a clog in the line. In my case, there were two problems: 1. Rear A/C had been replaced (under warranty) and the drain cup under the unit was partially open to the outside; crud got in an clogged the line. Cleared by blowing air through the line from the bottom using an air compressor. (also, had the dealer re-install the unit so that the drain cup was sealed from the top). 2. Adhesive holding plastic routing hooks holding condensate line above the ceiling had come loose, making a couple of low spots along the routing in the ceiling before reaching the vertical drain line to the wheel well. Found this by pulling down the return air filter housings; gave me a good view of the condensate line and allowed me to fix easily. No more problems. Hope this helps; good luck!

I had one of the old cracked drain pans. After trying many things, JB Weld for plastic worked. Not the gray JB weld but the clear for plastic.

But I agree with others. Check condensate drains first. I that doesn’t get it pull the grill and look around to see where the water is dripping out of the pan or condensate lines.

Good luck!
