What benefits do you get from the dual 6v conversion ?

Not sure what links you are interested in??
The battery upgrade provides ~240 AH or ~ 120 AH usable vs. the factory Interstates at ~150 AH or ~ 75 AH usable, among other benefits.

Any product purchase links. I got the splash guard to the right of the sink one.
Was there any additional equipment needed for the 6V battery install? Or ones that you would recommend getting?

Best use for pool noodles
Pool Noodles help make all the seat back cushions more comfortable due to slight recline they provide:

I like the pool noodle and angle aluminum additions to make the seats more usable. What was involved in making the little window for the door to the WC?
Here are some of my FC28 mods:
pretty table
matching cutting board / sink cover
Scare light cover
Also installed the Dexter axle lift kit to raise the trailer about 2½". That was the project from hell.

Does the angle iron cut into the back of your legs? It seems like it would.

Nice mods! Thanks for sharing. I have a lift kit ready to install this winter. The WC door window is right off the International which has that built in. We ordered from factory when we ordered the trailer so it was installed by the dealer. Looks easy if you have tools to cut the opening.

Coat Rack inquiry...
Hello Wade - very impressive modifications!!
Just purchased a 2020 28 FC RBT as our first travel trailer - was trilled to come across your thread.
Hoping you could share any tip/tricks drilling into fabric, in particular, installing your coat rack. Already ordered the same coatrack - just a little gun shy on removing magazine rack and drilling into fabric.
Any advise appreciated! And again - great informative thread!

Dan, so sorry I have been away from the group so long. We do still have the 28 though with more DIY mods (solar, lithium, probably other goodies). By now I'm guessing you figured out it's easy to push a wood screw through the fabric for the "shoe" rack. No big deal, really. Hope you're enjoying the trailer!
Wade

This is all great stuff. Super helpful thread. We just bought a 2018 28RBQ yesterday. Original owner was a nut about his unit and kept it beautiful. 450 watts of solar added and a bunch of other great stuff. We love it.
Kb7our, how did you do the closet redo? Kit? Create the shelving yourself? It’s really impressive. That hall closet is likely our first mod. Tks.
