New model with a hatch?

Airstream just posted this video on Tweeter. It appears to be an International Signature 27FB, but with a hatch in the back like the Eddie Bauer, Tommy Bahama, etc.

Does anyone know what trailer this is? It could be a special one-off for whatever trade show this was at, or could it be that Airstream is introducing a new model?

Would be interesting if Airstream— or ZipDee, for that matter— could make a screen room that fastens to the open rear hatch to expand the living space outdoors without inviting in the flying insects.

I would be very surprised if ZipDee wouldn’t do something like this if you asked them to. Such a great idea I’m going to call them this week and find out, seeing as we have an Eddie.

It was an Eddie Bauer in some years, A Pendleton in 2016, and a Tommy Bahama in 20178.

But what is this one? The inside doesn't look like any of those - it's an International Signature. This makes me wonder whether a "27FB Hatch" is becoming a standard model, or was this a special one-off for a trade show - or maybe this is a really old video of a pre- Eddie Bauer prototype? Maybe they're just seeing if there's any interest in making this model? Who knows.

Our 2001 Safari 25 has a custom installed rear hatch which is the Airstream part used in the EB series. We find it great for our biking activities and we can still sleep comfortably on one side of that aft compartment. The bunk pulls out to make a double bed and we have tie-downs installed to secure a pair of electric bikes on the other side.

Thanks for posting. The Twitter video did not play for me either. I was able to get the video to work on Airstream's Facebook page. Definitely Int. Sig. interior. We have been looking for a used EB with no success thus far, so I hope this is model is available in the future.
