Window blind attachments

We just picked our new 2017 Classic on 11/9/2016. Not the best experience but that's another story. One of the window blind attachment bars at the bottom has already come loose causing the blind to drop. I have attempted to reattach it numerous times only for it to pop back off as soon as I try to raise the blind. Any suggestions? By the way, this forum is awesome. Read all the posts on the 2017 Classic. They were invaluable during the purchase and delivery process! I think I knew more than the dealer did!

I have had several of these come loose over the past 2 years. I ended up using a larger screw. The standard size is marginal as it has to get through the felt first, then into the wood. To get decent access, I ended up removing the entire panel from the wall. If you have to do this it isn't that difficult. In addition to the small screws that are above and below, the units screw together on both the left and right sides.

The bottom bar clips are difficult to get attached right. The clips fits inside the bar and it then rolls towards the window.
