Thermostat Temp Sensor Error

We have a 2018 30 Classic RBQ. Our front Temp sensor is not working and says Temp Sensor Error. We can't run that AC because of it. It has done this twice before but corrected itself.

It did this once at delivery (we are second owners) and cleared while there at AS of Tampa. It did it another time when reading -96 degrees then corrected on its own.

Last night it briefly gave a reading of -98 too.

We traveled down 95s to Florida yesterday and a lot of bumps on roads. I am thinking it is a loose connection. I took off cover of Sensor to the right of fridge. All looks good there.

We were running on 2200eui generator last night with a micro air soft start. But other two times were plugged into shore power when this happened.

Any ideas?

Sounds like a loose wire somewhere or a bad sensor if it’s intermittent. I like your panel without the alde controls on it. Wondering how we can get that update since we no longer need Alde controls on there.

Thank you! I wound up calling a mobile RV tech here in the Tampa area. The rear AC was struggling to cool the 30' in the 95 degree Temps. She said same thing you did. It was a faulty sensor. After wiping the sensor tip off really good I was able to get it to work. But I have ordered a replacement since this one appears to be on borrowed time.

Not sure on the Alde controls. We have a second dedicated control for the Alde. Which I happen to love the Alde system!
