Shorepower Off while connected

Hope everyone is having a great weekend and survived the turkey hangover.

Need some troubleshooting advice.

While my AS is in storage, I noticed on the app that my Shorepower was off. Its under cover (no sun on solar panels) but connected to 50 amp power. Has been working perfectly for months.

I tried these things with no luck:
Reset storage 50 amp breaker
Reset AS breakers
Rebooted Router
Tried different 50 amp power pedestal
Tried different 50 amp cord
Turned off and back on the battery disconnect
Tried all of that without my surge protector

After all of that, still shows no power on the Czone panel even though it is connected and surge protector shows all green.

Anyone have anything else to try?

Thanks.

One thing to consider is a failure of a sensor. I don't know how the CZone thing detects shore power, but you should do a direct test of an outlet that's NOT supplied by the inverter to be 100% sure. If you have ~120v to outlets in the trailer that aren't on the inverter, you've got shore power but the CZone indicator is incorrect. If your surge protector indicates that shore power is present but it's not getting to interior outlets, you may have a wiring issue either at the inlet or where the lines from the inlet feed your breaker panel, or perhaps a failed main breaker. I'm sure there are other possible explanations, but those are a couple to check out.

Thanks. I noticed the microwave is getting power so it must be CZone issue.

Hard to believe but I am still chasing ghosts!! I’ve owned my AS 14 months and it’s been in the shop 3 times for the same issue for a total of almost 5 months. Here are the notes where I am currently. Anyone else have these issues?? Ideas???

Email from local tech to Jackson Ctr guys:

“I uploaded the firmware you sent, shut down the battery and disconnected shore power. Plugged shore power back in and let it charge for 4hrs. Camper does NOT have Lithium batteries. Firmware did not change the MIB/dometic status, it is still offline. We have also noticed the MBI flashes red and green.

Let me list all the things that are offline:
MBI/Dometic interface
Twin Bedroom switch (this is a queen bed)
Wireless Interface (CZone)
Wireless Interface (Touch 7)

The original issue was the settings of these alarms:
Device Missing: Contact 6 #3
Device Missing Contact 6 #2
Device Missing 24hr Contact
Device Missing Contact 6 #4
Device Missing CO1 Output

And with these alarms all monitored readings are dead. No tank readings, no shore power or battery readings. All this seemed to be ok for about a week and then all these alarms reset.

Another issue that has popped up is with the Airstream Connect. The router is broadcasting a wifi signal sometimes. Smart app will show Cell, WIfi and Guest Wifi unavailable. When we are able to log into it the Smart app shows cell service sometimes. When we try to select local wifi (Southland RV) it will lock onto it but drop the signal off and on. It broadcasts as Airstream_15B3 and when I connect to it and monitor it on my phone it will randomly show No Internet Connection. For the most part we have not been able to connect to the camper although, last night we were in for a couple of minutes before it went offline again.

The current configurations as read from the About screen are:

Device Touch 7
Software Version 6.21.24.0
CZone Lib Version 6.21.24.0
Dipswitch 00010000
Configuration 33" Classic Rev G
Fixed IP Address
Server Mode Disabled”

Just to clarify, the power center is getting 120v power, correct? All lights and appliances work while plugged in and battery is still charging, correct?

Not sure on the AS Connect issue other than saying that connecting to public wifi is "iffy" even when you know your system is working. Did you get your data plan on your own or through AS? I just installed my own pepwave router and had to enter an APN from my carrier into the router settings to get cellular data working.

Yes. Even though all systems are showing offline, power is still reaching rig. Microwave lights are on. My year is up so I renewed my ATT plan. Im not concerned with that - it’s everything not working that’s the issue. CZone, COI & Contact 6s.
