We priced the change to recliners with Jackson Center and was quoted somewhere north of $7k excluding the actual recliners of which they told us we would have to supply. There scope of work would be to a) remove the existing sofa, build a center wood cabinet to host both the 12v
DC distribution panel and sub-woofer, then fabricate the curved shields for the Alde Hydronic Heating that is otherwise revealed behind the sofa. When further asked they also advised that the wood cabinet would be made of the same interior wood but would not include a matching corian top.
We're going to do it but with a third party and not the factory simple due to the existing Villa Intl. sofa with footrest being so dammed uncomfortable and low at the back. Just. have to find the fabricator that can make/replicate the hydronic shields. The rest will be easy.
