Random Photo Request

I put my Airstream in for service and the bathroom knob hardware was a hit item. I believe they replaced it with a different models hardware as it seems to have a different finish and design than our previous one but our memory may be wrong. Can someone post their 2017-2020 bathroom door knob?

From our 2018 30' Classic. I don't know if it's the lighting in your photo but your outside handle in particular looks to be more a silver color than bronze. Anyway, here you go:

On our 2018 Classic, the handle looks exactly as pictured above. From day one, the spring on the latch has been too stiff, thus requiring one to turn the handle to pull in the latch in order to close the door. It’s a strange design, too, with the severe angle, about 45 degrees, milled into the end of the latch. Do others have this same problem, or is it typical?

Standing alone, is not a big enough issue to me to bring it in to to dealer, 400 miles distant, to address under warranty.

I was told at Jackson Center when I was there with my 2017 Classic that the door handle was designed to use the handle for ALL opening and closing. The latch as a stronger spring on it and if you look at the door and frame trying to close and latch like a normal door (slamming it's some times called) really isn't will stress the overall door setup. So like most things in life nice and easy does it. If it needs more force it is user error.
