Pepwave Cell Service

I am looking at going over to Sprint cell plan for the pepwave router in our classic with the Smart Technology setup. Has anyone done a change to another service other than AT&T?
Any concerns in doing this change aside from coverage.
Thanks.
Mike

Yesterday, the YouTube full timers, "Changing Lanes" did an entire episode on the new tech.

I am in the midst of looking myself. AT&T charges $300 per month for unlimited data. Verizon is $80 but throttles after the first 15 gig.

Here is a link to the Pepwave and its compatible carriers:

The router is "unlocked" so it should be as simple as removing the old AT&T Sim card and inserting the new one. I say it should be... .

There are two Simms in the Pepwave. Both are AT&T but one runs your connect system (controlling your trailer).

They call this a "white" card and is paid for by Airstream! Do not confuse the two. I've never pulled the connect system Simm but it may actually be white! Anyway, if they look the same just pull one out and check your service.

Oh, you should be able to use any of the major services in place of the AT&T Simm.

Thanks. The lowdown on Sprint...they don't have a SIM for the Pepwave. The do not handle the devices with my IMEI. They also said it would be anothe $50 on top of the $60 per month since I didn't already have phone service through Sprint. Basically if they had a SIM it would be $110. No thanks.

Thanks good to know. I did see the AT&T coach SIM. But Sprint doesn't support that SIM device for the Pepwave.
