New 30 Classic Twin available at Colonial, NJ
My "loss" is your gain. My Classic arrived at Colonial (Lakewood, NJ) but Airstream built it wrong. They built/delivered Cognac Maple instead of Mocha Cherry. We opted to reject it and we're holding off for the Mocha Cherry arriving in a couple of weeks. Just thought I'd let you know it's there...

She sher has perty lips, Doug.  Patrick has been great to work with. And they have a really nice inventory too. I'm glad we took the ride up north.
Mom is disappointed we're not going up to pick-up the camper this weekend (she lives ~45 minutes away so we planned to visit with her too, but that will have to wait a couple of more weeks).

Oh Rich sorry to hear about the mix-up. While I do like the Maple, the Cherry is hard to beat for that richness look and feel.
I'm sure the Maple trailer will find a nice home. When you get your Classic at Gateway storage we will have to check each others out and discuss mods etc.

Looking forward to it James...
My 55' pull-through space expires at the end of September; the thought was that I'd have had the trailer long enough (for a couple of weeks to practice backing-up) and then, after demonstrating proficiency, I would have moved into a 40' space. Now, with this faux pas, I will go straight into a 40' space. No pressure. I'll just ask to have the space adjacent to yours.

Is the Cognac the lighter colored wood?
Is the Mocha the darker colored Ultraleather?
If so, I think that is exactly what I would want if I had the money to buy a new trailer.
I wonder if it is listed on Colonial's website.

Nevermind- we changed our mind :-)
We called Patrick this morning and took it with the lighter Cognac Maple. I didn't like the pics I saw on Airstream's site but after reviewing the pics of that particular unit (posted to Facebook last night, at Colonial Airstream) we decided to pull the trigger. Got the insurance binder sent to Colonial so we can proceed. Unfortunately, Colonial will be at the event in PA so we still have to wait until the 22nd to accept delivery. On the plus side, Kat wanted the Maple all along - she humored me on the Cherry.
My beloved Air Force taught me that Flexibility is the key to Airpower ... well, Indecision is the key to Flexibility!

We hadn't seen the lighter interior and did not care for the pictures on the Airstream page, so I was sure I didn't want the lighter cabinets. Once Kat and I both saw the pics, it was apparent that this was the one... It honestly looks like cherry before it's aged ... (no, I'm not trying to convince myself I didn't make a mistake )

m.hony, That is "my" trailer ... they posted the pics after I said I didn't want it (but have since decided to take it). Follow the link, https://www.facebook.com/Colonial.Ai...28545360498921, then click on the bottom right pic, it shows "+53" ... it allows you to click through all of the pics. I noticed a ding in the fridge door ... I emailed Patrick about the ding and he said there's already a ticket to replace it. I can only hope Jackson Center's QC improved before they built it. :-)
SteveSueMac, Thanks ... we can't wait to get it. Bummer that we can't get it this weekend. We both scheduled a week of leave.

I see.
I want to see one like I described with dark Ultraleather, light counters, and light wood.
I like the light wood in my old school hickory wood Classic, but I should have gotten the brown Ultraleather rather than the yellowish looking Ultraleather.
The counters are light in my trailer, but very fake looking.
The newer Coriander counters look closer to real.

I just hope the Alde water heater and radiant heating system live up to their advertising... After all, Airstream surely would have performed extensive cold-weather testing to ensure it was truly an improvement before they released it... Time will tell.

This one with some fake hardwood floors would be awesome.
Don't care for the basket weave looking stuff in the new Classics.
Seems to collect dust and dirt.
Texture is hard to clean/keep clean.
