How to repair Smart App to 2019 Classic 30'

AT&T porked my SIM card. I can see my trailer but not the network settings. I believe the change in SIM cards (but not the login credentials for the modem) is preventing the app from believing I am logged in to my "primary network". I have read the very limited manual on the Smart app and although it references repairing the app to the trailer I have yet to find out how to do that.

Watching... mine keeps failing to connect, but I suspect its my overly complicated network setup. I would love to find a good resource for exactly how the AT&T setup/Airstream App works.

Try deleting the app on your phone. Re-install the app. Then using the camera scan the barcode on the Connect system.

I have deleted and reinstalled the app. It does not go to a reinstall option. The data for the existing SIM card remains on the phone.

I have called AS multiple times. They believe a recent update has worked my modem. A previous update worked my SIM card leading to the current issue.

Thor, in their infinite search for profit has reduced their customer support team to one person for trailers. Brilliant move as everyone and their brother is buying an RV.

My dealer has given up on fixing the Akde system and my wireless system. One year old trailer has been in the shop for seven months.
