How do you reset retaining clips

So I tripped a breaker, on my classic 33. I pulled the upholstered panel on the dinette to access the breaker panel. When I went to put it back, the alignment was slightly off and it tripped the retaining clip. I can’t get one of them to reset to allow me to replace the upholstered panel. Does anyone have any ideas how to reset these.

Take a screw driver and push the clip to the other side (or to reset it). Might have to play with it. I have had this happen a couple of times.

I can get the bottom one down. The top one I can’t pry because the cushion above. I guess I need a hook to grab and pull it out.

I used a screwdriver and broke it. Lol. Sucks. Anyone know how to put a new one in, looks like it is built in and I can’t swap it out.
