How do you remove the cabinets in the bathroom

I have a leak coming from just forward of the exterior city water hookup that exit's by the hookup. I removed the white hookup box and the lines look dry however where they penetrate the floor going up that flooring is wet. My water pump location is dry and the top of the lines in the bathroom are dry. I cannot see how to remove the bathroom cabinet under the sink so I can investigate there. Please let me know how to do that and any other ideas. Thank you.

Primepower,

Never been there never seen it.

Two ideas. Hook up low pressure compressed air like you would for winterizing. Listen for leak. Air donít make a mess but might help you locate leak.

My winterizing connection adaptor allows applying pressure then closing valve and watch gauge to see pressure holding or dropping. Like new home construction rough in plumbing check.

Any chance itís waste water from drain somewhere?

Use phone to see what canít be seen sometimes.

Gary

Thank you. I've isolated it to the city water connection somewhere after it heads up and before the water pump. I've found no way for me to get access so unfortunately I've made an appt with the local dealer. One month after the warranty ended.

Been thinking about that snake camera attachment thingy? Good time to consider it.

If youíre suggesting that itís a pex pipe leak as they said on Laugh In

Verrry interesting.

I decided last year to get pex prepared. Bought a length and special NO SPECIAL TOOLS REQD fittings nope not $$ shark bites. If you think itís one pipe and have access to both ends, well pardner just how handy are ya.

Any quality dealer will still fix that under warranty. I know where you want to look but I am no help as I haven't had to pull those cabinets.

On my old Eddie Bauer, there was a bowl filter ahead of the water pump. Also between the city water inlet and the water pump, there is a pressure regulator on my 2019.

I've checked the pressure regulator and that's not it. It is definitely the city water connection as I am now using the fresh water tank and there is no leak. I just don't have access to the leak so unfortunately I had to make an appt with the dealer.

I have removed the cabinet from my 2003 Safari. I removed all the attachment screws and it is sort of a puzzle. I had to lift it up to clear the toilet, then (as I remember it) bring it over the toilet, then start to make it vertical - the "front" side up into the air while bringing the counter top towards the door. It fits out the door and then toward the front of the trailer.

Having done this twice, I am more careful when I winterize...

I would push to have it taken care of by Airstream if it occurred while under warrantee.

primepower, do you have a black tank flush connection near your city connection?
From the inside, look in the area of where these enter the trailer skin. There is a vacuum trap, aka vacuum break (sp?), that may have failed or broke. It is a clear plastic device. Mine had a crack, and leaked. I do not know why plastic is used instead of metal. They are about $50 or so. I cheated, and replace the fitting with an elbow and pvc tube.

I'm not familiar with your trailer. I know on mine I was able to remove some access panels in the closet and squeeze around until I was able to find and fix the leak. This will also allow you to see if there is a bad/broken/loose hose connection.

Good Luck!

Thank you all for the advice. I do have a black tank flush but I'm sure it's the city connection. I've followed it in the exterior as well as I could but I need to take apart the cabinet in the bathroom and do not see how. At least in my model. 2018 Classic 30
