Dinette Light in Classic 33

I'm sure I'm not the only one that finds there is a need for a light above the dinette.

I've installed a residential pendant with a 12v filament A19 bulb (Amazon). I didn't want to put any holes in the aluminum so I used a suction cup to hang the light (actually the one that came with the backup camera) and used furnace tape over flat wire. I hooked it into 12v DC and put in a simple switch. It transforms the dining area and makes it much cosier and provides enough light to enjoy a meal without having to have all of the ceiling lights turned on.

... and I used a simple DC connector at the hook where the string of the pendant attaches to the suction cup. That way I can remove light for travel if needed. I'm going to try leaving it on and see how it holds up. The pendant is very light so I don't expect issues.

Sure. I got it on Wayfair (Yusuf 1-Light Single Teardrop Pendant). It was hard to find one that was the right size.

Yes it's 12 volt. I got an led filament bulb on Amazon that is also 12 volt.

To be clear, the light fixture is a standard AC house fixture. I just wired it to 12 volt and put in a 12 volt led bulb.
