I asked this on the Pet side as well... can someone tell me dimensions of the shower floor in the 30’ Classic. Also, how tall is the platform under the queen bed. Thanks!

What dimension are you looking for in the shower? There is a bench in there

In my 2006 30' Classic the shower is 29 1/2" wide wall to wall.
15 1/2" from the front edge under the shower door to the face of the bench. From the face of the bench to the back wall near the drain add another 6 1/2".

Height of the riser under the queen bed is 16"

You’ve been SO helpful... how about 2 more. Dimensions of the closet across from the bath. And the distance from the sofa footrest to the back of the banquet.

We’re full-time and we’re looking to down size from our 37’ MH to the 30’ Classic. Probably a late model used one - ‘16 and up. I’m a “plan-aholic” [emoji28]. There’s only one dealer where we are, we’ve already pestered them. I don’t want to give them the false hope... [emoji57].

You’ve been so helpful! I’m am an admitted “plan-oholic”. We’re going to be downsizing from our 37’ MH to a 30’ Classic sometime in the next few months. We’ve been fulltime in this rig for 3 1/2 years. I’m trying to work out what we need and where it will go. There is only one dealer where we are, we’ve already pestered them. I’m reluctant to go back to measure, I don’t want to waste their time and give them false hope as we’re most likely going to purchase further south and a late model used one.
Would you be so kind as to let me know the dimensions of the closet and the distance from the sofa footrest to the banquet.

Closet dimension is 25" deep, 34 1/2" wide x 62" high. Door opening is 18" x 55 1/2"

Measurement from the lower face of the sofa to the back of the dinette bench is 57"

Keep in mind these dimensions are from a 2006 30' Classic. If you are looking at a newer model or floor plan These numbers may not apply.

Airstream hangs on to floor plans for quite a while. However they *do* make tweaks fairly often. For instance, my Classic does not have a "closet across from the bath". If you have very tight fit issues, I would plan on either buying new (so you get exactly what the numbers apply to) after measuring one at a dealer *or* figure on measuring each trailer you spot in the "for sale" listings.

Also - consider that dimensions aren't the only issue. There is only so much weight you can put in any one part of these trailers. There are no numbers listed so the decision is very much up to you. You *can* (and people have) cave in the floor in the wardrobe. You could crush the floor in the shower (never heard of that happening). You also can imbalance the trailer quite a bit and make it a beast to tow.
