2018 Classic 33: Trailer at Southland RV for repairs since mid-October. Stored outside there with solar on roof. Visited yesterday to get an update and batteries were dead. If only minimal draws, how could batteries be dead?
Do you have the battery disconnect button like on my 2021, or is there a store switch? Either should have been done if no shore power. Also, on mine, near the stove is a Victron digital reading showing volts. Is that showing volts or zero when it’s sunny?

I think others have already hit the high points but, if the STORE switch was in STORE and the inverter was off, there should be plenty of sun to keep your batteries charged. Who knows what the dealer might have been doing over that period of time? If I were you, I would take the batteries home and try to recondition them before reinstalling...when you do pick up your trailer.

I had moved my AS to a new storage lot and parked it close to the storage building. That was around June of that year and everything was fine. I went back to check on it several times and in December the batteries were below half. It was a sunny day and I went outside the AS and saw that the sun's arc in the sky is lower than summer and the building was casting a long shadow all day long. I hooked up the AS and pulled it forward about 5' and the solar panel was back in the sun again. Problem solved.
