Thanks to Jordan, Brian and Andrew from JC to finally solve my problem. Jordan and Brian spend over a combined 32+ hours isolating the problem. This was after a year of dealer appointments, my troubleshooting and one visit to JC.
The CZone reported, "systems on, batteries disconnected" error message. While in the coach, everything worked as it should, however the app would not let me view or control anything. At first it was blamed on hardware, then the cloud, then the app, then back to the hardware. This went on for a year.
Finally got the attention of JC to resolve it once and for all. The short answer is the firmware / czone device configuration files were incorrect or missing. In the process of trying to correct the issue, a Contact 6 was replace and possibly not reconfigured.
I intend to make a backup thumb drive of the configs so if something wacky happens I can restore it to make sure it's right in the future. That would have saved a lot of time and aggravation.
