Mike Ramirez at Villa was very helpful in fixing our 2021 Classic 33 Macadamia sofa! The seat foam was poor from the start. One could feel the frame structure underneath. The desk chair's foam was also too soft.
Mike's team replaced the foam and they were even able to shape the seat cushion on the sofa to be more like the new 33 models, which have thicker seats than the sloping design of earlier Classic 33 sofas.
Mike is a really nice guy and has great ideas and solutions for Airstream furniture. Very impressed!
