can't connect to modem on new 2021 Classic 33
We picked up our new 2021 Classic 33 a few weeks ago. I scanned the QR code to activate the smart control, which is working OK (sometimes it does not work). I can't connect to the modem though, the app has one name for it but the modem shows up with a different name on my phone and laptop. I called customer service who could not help, they asked me to email details and they would forward to the technical group. That was yesterday. I know it will take a bit of time to hear from them but wanted to see if anyone had experienced this or had a way to fix it.
Maybe because the trailer has a different modem than airstream thinks it has the gps locator does not work either, says it is still at the factory.
