Above Bed Multiplex panel not working

Hi all, ...
Just purchased a 2018 Classic RBT.
We have a multiplex switch panel above each of twin beds. (Note: We have the Multiplex Networking Diagram and Switch Panel Layout. The panel in question is for the bed curg SW6)
One of the panels is dead.
Some of the trouble shooting we've tried is,
1. We' swapped out the the dead panel and plugged it in where the panel that does work and it functioned properly.
2. We swapped out the working panel and plugged it into where the dead panel is and it too does not work.
3. We checked that the connections are good on the panel and the Buss connection. (note I'm not a electronic guy but a friend is a bit more and he was helping in the trouble shooting with us and knows what a buss is).
4. We verified that the bed riser works from the main Multiplex panel.

Hoping that someone else had the issue and could help me with how they solved the problem.

Thanks all.

Dave

Sounds like you have a bad connection or wiring somewhere. You already knew that with your trouble shooting though. Have you tried contacting airstream tech support? They may be able to get you going in the right direction if someone here can’t answer this for you.

I posted a question to them. I haven't heard back from them yet though

Have you tried calling them? Usually pretty easy to get a hold of via phone.
