Weird problem

Whenever we camp in hot weather with A/C running, water slowly leaks out of the bottom screw of our lighted grab bar to front door. If I loosen the screw, more water leaks out. Is this just condensation or some other issue? No, there is no water running down from roof. Whatever this is it is definitely coming from inside the handle.

The A/C has a condensate drain tube in between the walls and exits out the bottom. You should see water on the ground. I’m not familiar with your model if it passes by the door handle. Either way if the drain tube is clogged the water could be running in between the walls.

As GeocamperAS indicates, there are drain tubes for the condensate created by the AC units. In our 2018 30' Classic they both empty out of one tube at the front of the road side wheel well and if the line is clogged or crimped the water could be backing up and leaking out.

Since both AC units use the same drain system you might try running them one at a time and watch the wheel well for water to see if you can figure out which unit is the source of the problem. Given the water is showing up at the grab handle I'd guess the drain line for the front AC is the culprit since it's closest. You should locate the problem ASAP since, for obvious reasons, you don't want water running under the skin of your coach. You might consider not running the AC extensively until the problem is located and fixed. Just my $.02.

Classics have the lighted grab handle, as a result there are wires that have the power the unit and a gasket that can fail. You can try removing the handle to see if the collected water all leaks out or are you saying this is a constant drip when ac is running?

Either way, you shouldn’t have water coming out of the grab bar.

Here what’s going on.
Only happen in hot weather.....

Most likely water has become trapped in your door handle hardware due to a leaking seal. This trapped water then condensates whenthe AC is running and out side temperatures are hot. There is probably a gapin the inside insulation around where the handle is installed causing the problem to be exaggerated.
The difference in the inside and outside skin combined with the presence of water - your handle drip.
How to fix?
Remove water and repair reason it is there.
Make sure insulation in that area of the wall is in good shape and that no wires that were installed by the factory have pulled it out of place.

Side note: you are going to want to stop that water from getting in the handle hardware before is gets cold enough for it to freeze. That would not be good for your acrylic handle.
