Here is how to do it from the radio control pad (page 9, Polk owners manual):

Rotate the Encoder Knob clockwise to increase and counter-clockwise to decrease. The unit will automatically exit the audio menu after 10 seconds of inactivity. The following menu items can be adjusted.

I have a 2017 23FB. It's under the left side dinette cabinet.

I have a 2017 Classic and the subwoofer is under the sofa in between the recliners. Middle panel pops off.

Hi

On the Classic 30', the sub woofer is as mentioned above under the recliners. You pop the cover that is in-between the stowed recliner feet. There's about an 8" space between the cover and the floor mounted sub woofer. I keep wondering just what I can do with "all that space".

Huh, once again AS continuity in construction "shines" thru. Our sub is under the front sofa, but way over on the road side. Only way to get to it is to remove the sofa.

Bud, my sub in dead Center of the sofa right behind that removable panel. It is amazing to me that there are so many differences in the very same model. Not complaining, just commenting. I still haven't found my Fresh water drain valve....the one that supposed to be under the trailer....yeah, that one.....not there.

Actually we use the area with the removable panel as storage for Alice's home made apple sauce. As I noted prior, our sub woofer is way over on the road side under the couch. Amazing.

2017 classic is in the middle of sofa. One more thing I fixed. The RC cables have very little power and the sub hardly works. Your going to have to add an RC in line booster. If you turn up bass on the head unit it will distort the 6in speakers. 25 $$ on Amazon. It needs 12v and you can wire it right at sub with its power. Btw the center part of sofa comes right out. Two nuts on front and one in back. The back pieces above the sofa pop out like the front piece does.

B - "The back pieces above the sofa pop out like the front piece does." Thanks for posting this note. I didn't know the back could be removed. This is wonderful news to me as my little Yorkie has dropped a couple of beggin strips and they ended up behind the sofa and I was having a hard time getting them out. Now I will be able reach back there ...I know, it's pathetic...little things like this make me happy.

Only because it was raining, could not play golf and no dogs to train that day.

Hi

I've always noticed that projects on or near the floor are *much* easier with dogs to assist in the process They are *always* willing to "help".

Good reason. Bob, my little dog is extremely helpful but I keep trying to tell him that I really can go potty alone. I can also shower alone but he doesn't believe me.

Bob, have you ever had or lived with two Labradors? The first move in anything to do with working on the floor is cleaning, vacuuming in particular. My wife and at times I vacuum our trailer daily when we are living in it, with our two dogs, yet when I do into a compartment or in this case under the front couch there is white and black fur everyplace. But, they are worth it. We nicknamed our Yellow "snowflake" as we can brush her in the morning, then in the afternoon and then pat her sides and fur flies off like it is snowing.
