2017 Classic Blu-Ray Player Will Not Play

Has anyone have a Samsung Blu-Ray Player that will not play on n HDMI 2?

I read all the quick start information and it's very simple

1. Turn on the TV
2. Open the tray and insert a disk
3. Close the tray
4. Player will start automatically

All I get is HDMI 2 not connected screen

Hi

Did you hit the "source" button on the TV remote to switch it to HDMI 2?

Just saw this post, and this happened to us a couple of days ago. We found the HDMI splitter under the blue ray player and pushed in the reset button and all is well.

Same happened to us. HDMI cable had become unplugged on the player, not easy to get to. HDMI cables can be touchy. Check both ends point of connection, TV & Player. Best regards, Sbowman
