2017 AS Classic Polk Audio Reboot

Did a search on rebooting Polk PA4A Audio System, nothing came up.


Has anyone had to reboot the brain on your Polk audio? Our main control panel lock up "Lighted Polk" read out only, nothing else worked, stuck on would not turn off,back still worked. Polk directed me to ASA Electronics 877.305.0445. They told me to press in the reset button on the brain, located at end w/fins and all the connections. This did nothing. So I just disconnected the power and yes it all went back to normal.

What I finally did was pull the Polk off the wall, faceplate and if I remember four screws. Careful faceplate is plastic with plastic tabs, break easily. Then I unplugged it, waited 10 + seconds and plugged back in, everything fine for over 18 months, about 200 nights

oh man - i am so not talented. i cant pair my pa4a system and have classic 33 2019 airstream. the people at polk customer service said i need to reset the amp but i have no idea where the amp is in this trailer. Does anyone know where the amp is located so i can try and find the "button" to reset it?
