What are these cables?

So as the title suggests I am wicked curious about the network cables next to our water heater.

For reference we have a 2019 International Signature 23FB. We used to have a 2016 but didn’t have those cables. We also had airstream connected installed but didn’t think that was a part of the install.

So thoughts?

I can imagine it could be the harness for automation?

Those are a new style of wire connectors, similar function to wire nuts.
