David-
Most of us (many of us? some of us?) consider bearing and brake checks to be an annual maintenance item, to be done once each yer, usually in the winter when shops are less busy.. If you have a good local Airstream dealer, they could do it, or most other RV Service centers could do it, though you should be pretty explicit about instructions for where and how to jack the unit up, as bozo's could use floor jacks in wrong location and cause damage to axles or frame or belly wrap.. As long as they are checking bearings and brakes, tire "rotation" should be a no cost item, since they'll have them all off at once and can just switch places putting them back on.. You might need to relocate TPMS system sensors, if you have a set installed.. Many Airstreams have slight "Toe in" alignment, so switching from left to right side can extend tire life slightly...
