I do not know about a 2021, but our 2014 going down the road with a WDH, propane, water, and personal items is a tad over 1100 lbs. Yours is going to be heavier than you are thinking, certainly more than the 875 lb dry wt. You have a very nice AS, I hope you enjoy your travels this year and many more!
We had a 2020 Int 25FBQ no hatch. My guess is the hatch will add 50-100lbs at most...very little. Being the weight is far aft, it should lighten your hitch...guessing 20ish lbs. The heavy hitch on the 25FBQ is due to geometry & storage location. 90% of your useful storage is up front on the hitch. You don’t have much flexibility shifting weight by packing smart. Example: my 30bunk has a fully loaded hitch weight of 865. That being said, I did tow my 25FBQ with and F-150 6,600 miles all over the country. I’m going to push either a Hensley Arrow or ProPride hitch at you. Many will tell you you don’t need it. ...you don’t need an AS either. I have properly setup an equalizer & blue Ox. I used the Blue ox for most of my 6,600 miles, it worked well...but not perfect. I could still feel trailer sway...especially in 25-30mph crosswinds, spontaneous 50-60mph gusts. I switched to a Hensley and astonished at the difference. Zero sway...zero!!! It works as advertised. ...pro Pride will do the same.
Congrats on the new AS. We have a the hatch door and I can't imagine it adding more than 50 pounds. Hinges, lock mechanism, perhaps a more reinforced window and trim as well as a screen door are in the modification.
