Entry door shuts loudly

2021 27ft entry door seems a bit to loud and violent when closing. Seems that a lot of the rattling is from the swing arm internally. I’ve tightened up screws and such and alignment does see off. Happens with or without stabilizers down. Any ideas? Is this a warranty covered issue?

Yes, this is covered under warranty. Doors can be adjusted/aligned by the dealer or Jackson Center.

Our 27’ requires a good swing and closes with a “wump” sound. I’m not sure what swing arm you’re referring to but it doesn’t sound unusual to me.

Put it on your punch list of items for the dealer to look at - you’ve got three years of coverage.

Is it closing loudly because you are swinging it as hard as you can? Is this because it won't latch otherwise? Can you provide more information regarding the misalignment, maybe a photo?
On ours, the striker post on the frame loosens as we go down the road. I can SLAM the door til the cows come home and it won't latch. By twisting the post snug with my fingers, the door closes nicely.
Probably a warranty issue, but as long as I have two working fingers I will save myself the three hour drive, each way.
