28 international signature no pantry

We bought a used 28 RB Twin and too the rear of the stove is a coat closet. We miss the pantry we had in our 23 FB and would like some ideas to convert this area. I bought a plastic 3 drawer storage unit that fits but looks cheesy. Any one modify this closet?

Coat Closet Conversion

Here is what we did for a conversion on our 25 ft. with the coat closet. We did however keep it for clothes shelves, This could be easily adapted to make a pantry, particularly with more shelves. I would keep the really heavy stuff on the bottom of the closet rather than on one of the wire shelves.

Here is what we did in our 30’ with the hall closet.... shelves are adjustable and we added power outlet for our sonic ice maker

You must absolutely reinforce the floor if you plan to store anything other than napkins on the shelving [emoji4]

Thanks does that ice marker just make ice or does also keep it frozen? Looks great

pull out pantry

Building a pull out pantry is not to difficult. Here is my solution with some photos of how I built it.

edit: Sorry about the orientation of the photos, they were normal when I posted them.

Just makes ice but as it slowly melts it creates more to keep the bin full

we have the same model, we attached medal shelves on the inside of the door. They are single shelves so you can adjust them not to hit the shelf. We spaced them so cans or bottles or small boxes can fit. Works well
